Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Carex Packers and Movers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide packing, moving, transportation, and storage services. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of your requirements.

Quotations and Pricing

• Quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
• Final pricing may vary based on actual volume of goods and services required.
• Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carry, parking fees, and tolls.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about items to be moved.
• Declare any valuable, fragile, or hazardous items.
• Ensure clear access for loading and unloading.
• Obtain necessary permissions for building access and parking.

Insurance

While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, we recommend purchasing transit insurance for valuable items. We offer insurance options at an additional cost.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the move date are fully refundable.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
